Morgan Eiland is a multidisciplinary producer, director, photographer, and musician working at the intersection of story, sound, and visual craft.
With more than fifteen years of experience leading large-scale productions for film, television, live events, and streaming platforms, Morgan has overseen award-nominated series, music specials, branded campaigns, and experiential content for global audiences. His tenure at Disney Branded Television and Disney+ included senior creative and production leadership across episodic programming and live performance content.
Trained as a musician and composer, Morgan approaches every project with an instinct for rhythm, visual composition, and narrative structure — equally comfortable in the edit bay, behind the camera, in a control room, or at a piano. His work bridges creative direction and technical execution, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver ambitious projects with creativity, clarity, and craft.
He holds graduate degrees in music and film production from the University of Michigan and an accelerated ExMBA from Harvard University.
